This luxury home will be your favorite for years to come! Huge open kitchen, living dining area steps out on to a deck from which you can step to your lawn and then across to the beach and dive into the water! The first floor features a kitchen with granite, high end stainless appliances, Keurig coffee maker, 2 ovens, island seating, dining table, living room with large flat screen tv, an open and separate room with chairs and a futon if you need extra sleeping space. First floor bedroom has a Queen bed and full bathroom. There is a first floor laundry room with a full bathroom. On the second floor there is a second master bedroom with king bed, gas fireplace, full bathroom featuring tile shower and champagne tub, double sinks and outside deck. The next bedroom on the second floor also has access to second level deck and a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom located on the second floor has twin beds and across the hall has access to another deck. The entire house is bamboo and tile floors. Really a space for relaxing, being with family and friends, watching the kids swim or the boats glide through the Cape Cod Canal. Fire pit in back yard. Check in 4 pm.

Summary: Lots of space and well equipped beautiful kitchen make it ideal for a family gathering! Great location for walking on the beach and around the neighborhood. Back yard is nice level spot for crochet a family favorite game:) although we did not use it, there is a fire pit with firewood. Comfortable and spacious !
