Welcome to the Lake House in beautiful Haldimand County. This newly renovated space boasts unobstructed Lake Erie views with direct access to Selkirk Provincial Park and the shallow sandy/rocky beach. Not only is it great for swimming; enjoy the playground, picnic tables, volley ball and tons of open space for activities.
The Lake House comes well equipped with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, new HVAC and high speed fiber optic
internet.

Enjoy a luxurious family getaway in this newly renovated space. The living room / dining room has large windows overlooking the spacious front lawn and million dollar Lake Erie views.
The TV room has an Amazon fire stick for rainy days and comfortable seating.
Kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, cutlery, pots & pans, cooking utensils, blender, toaster, keurig coffee maker (some pods included to start you off!), olive oil, cooking spray.
There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bunkbed room with single beds. All bedding included and sanitized.
Please note that the Lake House is a rural property with a cistern for water. It is equipped with a UV water system to ensure safe drinking water. Waste management is through a holding tank. Special consideration will be required to ensure preservation of water and absolutely no flushing of any items other then toilet paper.
Guests can access Selkirk Provincial Park directly in front of the cottage. Here you can enjoy beautiful beaches, a board walk, kids play equipment, volleyball and large open spaces for activities.
Destination beach towns such as Port Dover & Turkey Point are a short drive away.
Explore the amazing wineries, breweries and cider houses in the area or take a bike ride along the coast.

Guests can access all areas of the property excluding the garden shed and 1 bedroom closet.

Absolutely no parties or events. Exterior of property is monitored by security / camera system.
As this is a quiet community, we require a low level of noise while outside after 9 pm.
Maximum house occupancy is 6 guests and there are no unregistered guests allowed on the property at any time.
