The cottage is equipped with many amenities you may need, including dishes, cutlery, small appliances, cooking basics, and more, just bring your condiments like, spices, barbecue sauce, ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc. or whatever you planning of cooking.

Keys will be handed over by the property manager to the guest upon arrival.

The town of Buckhorn is a 6-minutes drive away and has a grocery store, LCBO, pharmacy, and a few small diners. You are only 20 minutes to Peterborough for everything else.

Please make sure that you are respectful of our neighbours. Many people live here full time and year-round and we want to make sure we are being good neighbours. Please be mindful of the volume of your music and ensure that your abiding by the Kawartha Lakes By-law which requires the music to be off by 11 pm

The house is equipped with many amenities you may need, including dishes, cutlery, small appliances, cooking basics, and more. Free Wi-Fi is included and the home is on well water that is drinkable but feel free to bring your own water if you wish.
The water is shallow for the first 10-15 feet and gets slightly deeper after. Soft bottom walkout, water shoes are recommended. May find some weeds however we try and remove them as much as possible.
Please park on the concrete driveway and if you have an extra car, you can park on the street but try to park as close as possible to the fence so you are not blocking the road. Please do not park on the grass because the septic tank in there under the grass.
Please note that we do not supply bed linens. Please bring your own bedsheets, pillows, and blankets. Also, remember to bring bath and beach towels.
