This unique 2 storey, 4 bedroom, 1692 square foot lakefront townhouse is located centrally at Discovery Bay Resort, a quiet area just blocks from downtown Kelowna. A short walk to beaches, shopping, outdoor bars and eateries, coffee shops, waterfront dining, the casino, pubs, and boutiques. Some of Kelowna’s best restaurants are right at the end of the block.
We have created a unique 'Beach House' vibe that families will love, and the pool and hot tub is RIGHT out the door. A unique rental, as very few units of this size are operating as rentals in the resort. We have carefully configured the bedrooms to suit families and larger groups.
The upper floor of the townhouse contains 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, and opens to all of the 3rd floor resort amenities - you are literally steps away from the outdoor pools, right beside the outdoor picnic area, the fitness room, sauna, hot tubs and games room . The lower floor contains the kitchen and living room area, as well as the master bedroom with private bathroom and shower and another bedroom beside a full bathroom. The deck on the lower floor is facing the lake and marina. You have the option of your own private BBQ on the private lower deck with a Weber BBQ. Your 2 parking stalls are right outside the door.
Right next to the resort is a beautiful nature sanctuary which leads into a quiet lakeside boardwalk that takes you past beaches, the Kelowna Yacht Club, Cactus Club Restaurant , marinas, the brand new Kelowna Tourist Information Center, and into the downtown area. We have added a pair of binoculars this year so guests can zoom in on the view !

The condo also has a private entrance that you drive right up to through the parkade, no elevators are used to access, so minimal contact with other guests.

We provide hand and body soap, dish soap, paper products, a starter amount of dishwasher soap, laundry soap, coffee filters, garbage bags and cleaning products. Just bring your suitcases !
4 comfortable bedrooms. A sofa bed in the larger bedroom is ideal for kids ( not recommended for adults). See bed configurations below.
LOWER LEVEL

- Master bedroom: king size bed, TV, ensuite, large windows with lake view.
- 2nd bedroom: 2 twin beds, (can be converted to King size bed on request). TV in room. No window in this room.
UPPER LEVEL
- 3rd bedroom: A larger room with Queen size bed, TV, and sofa bed (double size mattress). 2 windows - one is a view of the pool area, the other has lake views.
- 4th bedroom "Loft Room" : a cute, smaller room with lofted ceiling, 2 twin beds (can convert to King size bed on request). Windows face the pool area.
PARKING:
There are TWO underground parking stalls (very rare) included in the price and are literally steps from the condo entry door on the lower garage level - so very easy to bring in groceries and supplies right to your door. Only one vehicle per stall is allowed.
***Please inquire if you’re planning to bring a boat or Seadoo on trailer.
Parking restrictions: Max height 6′ 8″, width & length equal to ~150 crew-cab size truck. Street parking is also an option (ask for details).
Please note:
** Pets are strictly NOT allowed due to strata regulations and for allergenic reasons.
** Smoking is not allowed in the condo, decks, or in common areas of the resort.
** Check-in is between 4-7 pm. Please advise if you require late check-in, but no check-in after 10pm. We have to hire staff for late check-in, so is subject to a fee.
