Newly finished basement includes one bedroom with two sets of built in bunk beds and a second room with a queen bed plus built in day bed. Basement bathroom with double vanity, and tub/shower combo. Living area with TV/DVD player and ping pong table!
Situated on 1.75 acres of land this beautiful cottage offers 260' frontage with sunny southwest views of Three Mile Lake. Both shallow and deep water off the dock.
Exterior spaces completely re-finished with large fire pit area, a gentle slope to the water's edge and additional seating area at water front. Incredible water views.

Summary: Fantastic place. Really enjoyed our stay and were very communicative. Only issue we had was that beach has been gravelled whereas in the picture it looked like sand in our kids like in the sand, still gets five stars because of how nice everything else was.
