Conveniently located 15 minutes from Hwy 401, 30 minutes south of Peterborough and 90 minutes east of Toronto. In addition to the large comfortable suite, the private media room has an electric fireplace and 55" TV with a selection of DVDs and Netflix.
The property is located in a natural rural location with lots of opportunity to view birds, squirrels, chipmunks, turtles and possibly, if you are lucky, the resident mink. Nearby there are hiking and walking trails right from your door and more extensive forest trails within a short drive.
In warm season, May to October, you will have use of kayaks, 2 stand up paddle boards, a canoe, bocce ball, corn-hole and hammocks. We also have a tandem bike for guests to use. Bring your own marshmallows and enjoy an evening campfire, wood is provided at no charge. Bring you boat and keep it at our private dock.
