LAKE FRONT townhouse at The Maples on beautiful Sproat Lake. Wonderful, clean, safe, modern (and newer), efficient townhouse. Three bedrooms. Accommodation for six (2 per bedroom). Covered patio. Outdoor seating.
The townhouse is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning. There is no cable or satellite TV but there is good internet / wifi.
Minimum four (4) nights required for booking.
Sproat Lake is the best lake in Western Canada.
Use of a dedicated boat slip may be available ... please request in advance of booking if needed.
Common Property facilities such as the large dock area, protected swimming area, a terrific beach area & communal firepit.
Unfortunately there is only two parking spaces available for this townhouse ... there is street parking if needed.
