Summary: Four adults and 2 children enjoyed this property very much. It is well appointed, clean, and with a great view. A few steps lead down to the water, but the shore is rocky, there is no beach (but there is a very nice beach nearby). Some basic shops and a handful of restaurants are a short drive away. M. Campinchi only communicates in French, which made correspondence and conversation somewhat awkward for us who speak English. He insisted on meeting us late in the afternoon (at 5pm), which meant we had to waste quite a bit of time before checking in. The check-in process was tiresome, consuming more than an hour and a half in the heat of the afternoon and after a day of exhausting traveling. It would have been more efficient to have a multi-lingual brochure ready for guests to explain all the features of this villa and its equipment. Our stay was very pleasant, and the efficient air conditioning provided a welcome refuge from the heat wave at that time.
