Home accommodates 11 guests with 7 beds. If your group is just 2-4 people; ask about discount. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath, and garage 2400 sq ft home is a beautiful home sitting ONE mile outside of Stephenville, Texas. If you love big trees this is the place for you. With country living 3 minutes from town.

The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom with nice tub. The other two bedrooms each have Queen size beds. And there’s another bathroom in the hallway with shower with safety bars.

4th bedroom has daybed with two twin XL beds. Definitely ample size for comfortable sleeping for adults, even tall ones or kids. Living room has nice queen sofa sleeper and twin sofa sleeper.

We supply toilet paper, laundry pods, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, dish washing liquid, hand sanitizer, ample towels and bed linens, cleaning products.

This native rock home has been lovingly refurbished with granite countertops throughout. Including beautiful furnishings and some antiques.

We do offer early check in or late check out when available. Early check in - morning is $70 if available. Late check out before 3:00 additional $60. After 2:00 PM ask,,,,,,,

Summary: I almost don’t want to tell anyone about my stay because it might make this gem of a property unavailable for next years family weekend. Janet was so amazing to work with and even let us add on a day since the home was available. Be prepared to have the best sleep of your life! Every mattress was amazing! Everything we needed- coffee maker, towels, extra bedding- a readily available. And only about 10 minutes to the football stadium. I would absolutely recommend this house. Thanks Janet!
