Looking for an awesome getaway for a family gathering? Our newly renovated spacious house in Bragg Creek is designed for a comfortable stay of a family up to 14 guests and none of them will be bored. The house offers tons of activities: a pool table, a foosball, a large hot tub, 3 huge patios with BBQs and a swing set, 2 outdoor firepits, an indoor firepit, a huge collection of board games, wild ice skating on the pond. And all the perks Bragg Creek offers.
You will stay in a newly renovated and beautifully designed house, located on 2 acres of forest in the stunning Wintergreen community of Bragg Creek right beside the golf club and the Slap Tail pond.
The house features 2 spacious living rooms, 2 dining rooms, full kitchen and a kitchenette, 4 bedrooms, which can sleep up to 10 guests + 4 guests can sleep on the sofas in the living rooms.
The kitchen and dining rooms are equipped with everything you need for cooking and serving meals for a family of up to 14 people.
As we were creating the place for a perfect getaway for anyone, we filled the house with lots of amenities: billiard, foosball table, hot tub, swing sets, board games, 2 large smart TVs, firepits, BBQs, an outdoor kids playground.
And of course, you can choose an activity in the Bragg Creek area: hiking, biking, horseback riding, picnics, snowshoeing, XC skiing, paintball, guided tours, dining in 11 awesome places in the town, skating on a skating rink or on the pond, and even shopping in one of the artisan gift shops. And all this is only 30 min drive from Calgary or Cochrane.
Upon booking you agree to the following house rules:
1. No parties. No bachelor parties. No loud music outdoors at any time. Please respect the noise curfew from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. This rule is strictly enforced in our community, so, if you are not ready to comply with it, please consider booking another property for your gathering. This is a VERY QUIET COMMUNITY.
2. No visitors on top of the number of guests listed in your booking.
2. Hot tub working hours: 9 a.m. - 10 p.m. Please shower before getting into the hot tub, and wear slippers and bathing suits.
3. No smoking indoors and no use of illegal substances.
4. Dogs must be leashed as the property is not fenced. Keep your dogs indoors at night as we have cougars in the area. Guests are expected to bring their dog's beds and bowls. If you come with a dog, add it to your reservation. The pet fee is 50$/stay.
5. Check with us if there is no fire ban in the area. Igniting fire during the fire ban is subject to a 1,000$ fee by the Rocky View County.
6. Remove all outdoor footwear when entering the house.
7. Don't leave food or garbage outside to avoid attracting wildlife.
