The 2 acre yard, located on beautiful Brighton Bay, is perfect for a vacation away to forget it all. With a propane fireplace, you can keep cozy over the winter, and even get involved in ice fishing on the bay.
Prince Edward County is an easy 20 minute drive, with plenty of local restaurants and wineries to enhance your holiday. With 3 bedrooms, a den, and 2 full bathrooms, on a private lane, you and your family/friends will have comfort and relaxation.

My home is a split level with a fully finished basement. You will have access to 3 bedrooms + an office space with an open concept upstairs and laundry facilities included - fully furnished, including linens. I love to cook and entertain, so you'll have a fully stocked executive kitchen with Traeger smoker and propane grill available to use. Watch the west facing sunset over the bay every night as you eat dinner!
Propane fireplace in the basement and propane central heating. Well water and full water treatment system is installed.
Garage access is not included, but you will have access to the shed and general tools, shovels, etc. All you need are your personal belongings!

Driving is necessary to truly explore the area, but there are several amazing trails and outdoor attractions nearby! The waterfront is completely swimmable, and the fishing is great, but there are also some really great beaches to enjoy.
