We recently updated, this cozy little 3 bedroom home in the country. Fresh new paint along with new flooring throughout. The bedrooms include king, queen and a pair of twin beds. Comfortably sleeps 6. The bedrooms as well as the bathroom are all located on the main floor. The kitchen has been recently updated with numerous new appliances including a new refrigerator and microwave. New quartz counter tops and new floor throughout. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Located close to Bethany & Forest Heights neighborhoods but far enough away to sit on your porch drink a cup of coffee and watch for deer and an occasional elk!

Summary: Wonderful location in a country setting just outside the city of Portland. Property has been remodeled and presents well. Large screen TV, kitchen appliances and laundry room are top of the line. Items that need attention are: 1. Beds are very uncomfortable and master bed is only six inches off floor. 2. Patio furniture was not cleaned before our arrival. 3. Gas grill was full of grease and it appears it has not been cleaned in a long time. 4. Furniture in kitchen and living room were low quality and chairs were not very comfortable. Living room could use two comfortable chairs.
