Summary: Not a good place for senior citizens because of steep grade the property sits on. Mold or dirty return vent. Thermostat constantly changes by itself. When I told the property manager she contacted the owners but nothing changed. It was freezing cold or very hot. The grounds need to be treated for biting insects. Great neighborhood and area.
