This relaxing casual home sits over 125 feet directly above Green Lake with expansive views and fresh breezes while being surrounded by woods and nature that gives a sense of peacefulness. This home provides 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking delights, high-speed Internet for streaming, living room/dining room, along with a den/study sporting a desk, reading chair, and futon for an additional sleeping option or private study space. The wrap-around porch with zero-gravity chairs provide fabulous breezes and expansive views of the lake. The large round picnic table outside dining pleasure when it’s just too wonderful to go inside to eat. Though it’s hard to leave the deck, when forced inside by nightfall or inclement weather we have an electric fireplace (with heater) to continue that serene cozy atmosphere where warm conversations can continue to flow.
Nature abounds with scurrying chipmunks, bountiful deer, or a flock of hawks soaring in front of you and overhead, all giving you a sense of awe and privacy. The property and adjacent wooded lot is a frequent hangout or path for the deer so keep your eyes open, they blend in well with the trees.
Due to the property being high above the water, daily access to Big Green Lake is provided through the private association landing and boat launch. (Any boat that you bring needs to be stored each night on the driveway.)
