Located in a well sought after neighbourhood, you're close to all amenities while enjoying endless sunsets on the water. Our beach house is an ideal spot for families who want the conveniences of home with a beautiful view. The master bedroom has a queen bed, workspace and offers a sunset view of the lake from a cozy sitting area on the upper balcony. The middle bedroom has a twin size set of bunk beds, children's books and games. The 3rd bedroom also has a queen bed and is located just beside a full bathroom which includes a washer + dryer. An additional bathroom located on the main floor.
The kitchen is well equipped with Nespresso machine, french press, vitamix, ice maker, etc. The dinning area and living room are open concept with a cozy feel and large sliding back doors which offer access to a completely fenced in backyard space that is set up for comfort and lounging by the lake. Take a nap in the hammock, enjoy drinks at the cozy conversation set up, or take in the sunset views from the 4 muskoka chairs. The beach is just 3 steps down from the side of the property. The sandy bottom and shallow water makes it perfect little ones. Bath & beach towels, bedding, TP, paper towel, dish soap, basic cleaning products are supplies. We have high speed wifi with apple TV. Lots of books and board games for all ages.
