A perfect oceanfront summer home on the South Shore of Prince Edward Island AND just 10 minutes to the heart of Charlottetown. Situated on an expansive corner parcel with direct (safe) access to a private beach, Yellow Beach House provides families with plenty of opportunity to create wonderful vacation memories.
The home consists of a waterfront kitchen/dining/lounging area that connects to a large screened porch via two sets of double terrace doors. Quite often the terrace doors are kept open to create a flowing indoor/outdoor living space. The well furnished and very comfortable screened porch has an unobstructed view of the beach, water, and passing vessels.
There are four bedrooms (2 king beds, 1 queen bed and the fourth bedroom has two singles). The master king bedroom is set off in its own wing of the cottage, has a private seating area with a TV, a 3-piece ensuite bath and direct access to the waterfront deck. The other three bedrooms are stretched out on the east side of the cottage and share a large bathroom with double vanities. An additional family room with queen sofa bed (sleeping 2 more) is directly off the main entrance. The family room provides a TV with Netflix & cable and has double doors that provide complete privacy as a bedroom or sound barrier as a games/movie room. Our guests are naturally drawn to the fireside living area while chefs are cooking in the open kitchen or kids are playing nearby. Other rooms include 2.5 baths and full laundry facilities.
The summer home is complete with an extremely well equipped kitchen, wifi, stainless steel BBQ, large decks, and additional dining table/chairs in the screened porch. The Yellow Beach House also provides linens, towels, beach towels, beach toys and beach chairs. The 3000 sf home is decorated in a beautiful east coast style that has the same effect as a Saturday night Ceilidh...always welcoming you in!
Golf, fantastic restaurants, fresh seafood, live theatre, historic tours, shopping, boating and Cows Ice Cream are only minutes away. All you want is all right here!
