Marine Gateway station just blocks away, takes about 5 mins walk, 2 mins walk to local transpotation on one of the major road towards Downtown. 10 mins drive from the airport.

2.SHORT-TERM rentals is a sensitive issue with Stratas and have banned in Vancouver due to excessive noise and security concerns. Please do not mention anything about Airbnb staying, only business staying or visiting friends if asked.
3.Please do not make noise after 1030pm.
4.NO DRUGS,NO SMOCKING, and NO PARTIES in the building! The building will issue fines for any trace of smoke, and your security deposit will be forfeited if smoking occurs!
5.Please do not go to the concierge/front desk with any problems, issues, or help as they will not provide any services contact our college when needed.
6.Buzz will be unavailable after 1030pm till 930am, any upcoming food deliveries or packages, please walk them in through the lobby.
7.Please treat the place as your home as we made the place like home for you. Any damage will cause a fine to your responsibility.
8.For pet staying will be an extra charge of $15/day
