Other things to note
According to our policy all guests must provide information, i.e. every guests' names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti-fraud measure.
Please note that you have to be 25 or over for check-in.Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can't guarantee a refund.

***Deposit***All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500.If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.
