In the cutest VT town of Warren, up the hill from the East Warren Community Market, a couple of miles from the village with waterfalls and cute art shops and the Warren Store, Birch Peek has got it all.
Enter this well-designed home from the first floor, where there's a tv/game area and a bedroom with a bunk bed with trundle (3 twins) and a full bathroom. Good area to take off your boots, and a deck outside with a red porch swing and lots of space to hang out or keep your gear.
Head upstairs for the main floor. 1/2 bathroom, kitchen and another sitting area with a danish mid-century vibe, wood stove, and breathtaking views of mountains, facing west over Sugarbush. mountain. Another wrap around deck here, you can head straight to the outdoor hot tub and fire pit from the kitchen or hang outside - outdoor couch and dining tables for warmer months.
Sweet reading nook / sleeping option on the stairs as you head up to the third floor, which has another deck and insane views from the master bedroom. This is a big room with a king size bed, moody in a dark green. Feels like you're on the top of the world.
Two other bedrooms: one queen bed, and one with a queen bed and twin bed.
Note that there's more room than just for 8 to sleep, but we don't want huge huge groups.
The kitchen has everything you'll need. The house has 28 acres of land which eventually lead into the Roxbury State Forest. You can snow shoe, cross country ski, hike....it's dreamy.

13 minutes to Sugarbush, 8 to Blueberry Lake, 21 to Mad River Glen, You'll need snow tires or chains and a good car to get to the house when it snows.
The driveway gets plowed and sanded, but there's an incline and it's Vermont, so conditions matter. SNOW TIRES REQUIRED in winter. Please count on having a good snow car. If you need to, park at the bottom and hoof it. I will not answer calls at midnight saying that you can't get up the driveway!
