This chalet currently under construction will be available for rent from July 15th.
*Access to the Delta is via a 35m² outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the garden furniture and a private SPA.
Once inside, you will discover a large living room with two convertible sofas and a pellet stove, ideal for cold winter days.
The fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room will be a plus for spending a friendly moment with friends or family.
A corridor leads to a shower room, a pantry, an independent WC and a bedroom with a double bed and a dressing room.
*Upstairs, you will find a Master Suite with double bed and free-standing bath to enjoy a moment of relaxation.
Adjoining the bedroom, the mezzanine net will be the ideal place for moments of play and rest. This large atypical hammock will also serve as a gateway to the two single beds with a breathtaking view of the rest of the household and the landscape.
For the more adventurous teenagers, a ladder will lead to a hiding place at the top of the chalet.
The sleeping capacity of the Delta is 6/7 people with the possibility of transforming one of the sofas into occasional sleeping and thus allowing to accommodate 8 people in total.
*The chalet is located a few steps from Lac Chambon and benefits from a semi-enclosed plot of 2000m² including 1000m² of natural area with a spring crossing the land.
Options:
-Animals are accepted for an amount of 30€ per animal and per stay (limited to 2).
A deposit of 800€ (not cashed) will be requested when the keys are handed over. (cheque or bank imprint)
Arrival in autonomy possible on request only when booking.
(The balance and the deposit must be paid beforehand for arrivals in autonomy).

- Tissue bath towel at 5€ each (55 *120), at the end of the stay, take them home!
- End of stay cleaning included in the reservation (compulsory), it can be requested at any time during the stay in addition to the rental.
Key collection (arrival and departure) takes place at the Saint-Nectaire agency.
The reception is open from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. by appointment only in season.
