**The property has air conditioning on the main floor, lower level is generally cool on its own in the evenings when the sun is away. If you are sensitive to heat, please request fans prior to booking.
The road leading to the property is not fully paved, if you arrive after sunset keep an eye out for wildlife. **
**Snow removal is done within 24 hours after storms with over 5 cm of snow. Shovel and salt are provided for your use during your stay.**
Your reservation will result in you receiving a link for ID verification (Valid ID, agreement to rental contract, and security deposit that could go up to 1500$).
