The suite is not separate, but is joined by an open stairwell. Guests are not allowed upstairs to the owner's living area. A blow up mattress (surprisingly comfortable) is available on request for sleeping in the living room. Wonderfully cool. Walkout to a relaxing patio for your morning coffee. Access to the unit involves walking around the house from the driveway, downhill on the lawn to the patio entrance below. Not suitable for those with mobility issues. Wonderfully quiet yard for relaxing and enjoying the ocean breezes and views.
