This family friendly 3-bedroom house is in a quiet cul de sac and has a fully equipped kitchen, sizeable dinning space, an office space , washer, dryer and an Air Condition etc. Close to Calgary Health Campus hospital and YMCA, Cineplex, Okotoks, downtime Calgary, Banff, Canmore, Spruce Meadows.

The closest park and greenery space is 2 minutes walk. Our Master's bedroom come with a King size bed, private bathroom and walk-in closet. Please don't use the bathtub in the Master Bedroom because it is under repair.
