About the Cozy Chalet
Welcome to our little getaway with plenty to do! The moment you pull into the driveway of this 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home, you know you are ready for a good time with family and friends. Enjoy a nighttime fire around the fire pit, enjoy the sounds of nature and the night's sky as you relax on the back deck, or just sit back and relax on the couch with some TV - play cards or share laughs at the dining room table.

The home has 4 TVs with Firesticks so you can connect your Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, FuboTV account. There's cable in the living room so you can stay connected with local broadcasts, and the 1Gbps Internet will keep you connected with the rest of the world (if you must).

THEN there's all you can do in the community that await you during your stay!

Amenities @ Arrowhead Lake
This GOLD STAR community is built around two pristine lakes and three heated pools. The Amenities fees (see below) give you access to all of the community’s facilities as well as access to seasonal activities, like boating, fishing, bicycle, and sports equipment rentals; tennis and basketball; swimming lessons and kids’ camp; and an array of planned events and activities throughout the year (including parties and dinners at the Adirondack-style lakefront lodge, indoor and outdoor movie nights, bingo, yoga and dance classes, annual fireworks display, and beach bonfires accompanied by a DJ).

The lakefront Grand Lodge, has a fitness center, billiards room, banquet room, library, lounge with large flatscreen TV, lakefront patio and free WiFi .

There is plenty to do here year-round! Ice skating or snowmobiling on the lake, sledding on the community slope (depending on the snowfall), or enjoying the dozens of other activities the Poconos has to offer, including 3 nearby ski resorts and indoor water parks!

Mandatory Arrowhead Lake/Amenities Fees - Once you book we will put you in contact with member services.

Amenities fees are for access to 4 beaches, 3 heated outdoor pools (open weekends starting Memorial Day weekend then full time from the third weekend in June to Labor Day), Grand Lodge with fitness center, pool tables, library, and year-round community events (fireworks, BBQs, breakfasts and dinners, exercise classes, BINGO, etc.).

Temporary membership fees are mandatory and is assessed to all rentals for occupants age 6 and over. These fees are used to keep the grounds pristine and expand all that you can do while here.

Fees Charge by the Association are outlined below:
- $6 per person per day,
- $20 for each vehicle
- $35 registration fee

A fee of $100 has been added to the booking to cover the cost associated to the registration, you booking will be revised once you have communicated you party details to us.. If the cost of registration is lower, we will refund a portion of the admin fee. If your registration is higher, we will edit the booking for a more accurate admin fee.
