Summary: Let’s start my saying that this place has an absolute beautiful view in a nice quiet neighborhood. The check-in process was easy and the place was spotless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it but with a few changes which I have listed below. I believe that these changes would enhance the experience. 1. Have a working outside the front door so that you can see when you need to get into the key box at night would be helpful. 2. Supply the unit with bigger towels and more towels. Having one towel per person is not enough. Also, the size of the towels were very small. They were like the size of two hand towels sewn together. 3. The ad is a little misleading as it said, there is a sofa bed downstairs. Please advise in the ad that the bed does not open into a bed. 4. Having guest bring their own toilet paper, and paper towels is a first for me. Any other rental service that I have rented have always supplied those luxuries. 5. Having a load of firewood, on premises for people to use in the outside, fire pit would be nice. It would be a nice gesture. 6. All of the directions for the unit are in French. As English speaking Americans, we could not understand the directions in the pamphlets, or on the signs throughout the rental. 7. Also, we woke up one morning to a gentleman who was on our back porch shoveling snow. Although the gesture was nice, nobody knew who he was, and why he was there at first. Knocking on the front door would have been a courtesy.
