Everything has been thought out and looked after in this newly finished Villa. Perfect for 1 or 2 families who want to come together and relax on The Italian Riviera in a stylish and comfortable home, fully loaded with Pool, Garden and Seaview, Air Con, Wifi, Pizza Oven, BBQ and games room.
There is room for everyone to spread out, sunbathe on the pool deck, play ping pong, basketball, bocce, and more.
There is nothing missing in this beautifully designed and newly built private home. The ground floor is welcoming and inviting and opens up onto the beautiful garden. There is a well equipped modern kitchen and open concept living dining and den. Off the kitchen, there is an outdoor kitchen as well fully equipped with wood burning PIZZA OVEN and BBQ. There is also a bathroom on the main floor.
On the upper floor, you have 3 double bedrooms all with pretty views and 2 bathrooms, one with tub and the other with shower. The lower level offers another double bedroom with bathroom and a room which can be used as a playroom / den but which also has a very comfortable new double pull out couch. There is a guest house with a double bedroom, and a room with bunkbeds.
Outdoor private Swimming Pool with extensive grounds, basket ball pitch and bocce field, and ping pong table.
The house is not isolated though it is private. There is a neighboring house beside it and many villas in the nearby area.
In the main house there is air con in living room, and all 3 upper floor bedrooms. We have added air with the guest house too for your comfort.
Either myself or someone from my team will meet with you to show you around the villa and to help you get acquainted with the town and surrounding area. We will be happy to be of assistance both prior to your arrival, and throughout your stay.
There will be some paperwork to review and sign upon arrival. We will need to register all guests according to Italian law so will require ID for all guests staying at the property. There is also a tourist tax of € 1. 50 / person (over 15) per night which must be paid at check in.
In a quiet and private context. Close to restaurants and supermarkets, cafes and bars. Not far from town, but away from the crowds. Surrounded by other beautiful homes in a quiet residential area.
Bus stops nearby entrance to the house. Reach the town on foot in 15-20 minutes by way of pedestrian path, or by car in just over 5.
