The space
You have access to most rooms in the cabin. There are some room designated as storage and maintenance. Please do not enter these rooms.
The 48acres of property is available for your use. Please do not cross fences or go through closed gates.
The property is large and during the warmer months (or snowy days) maintenance may occur during your stay. Of course Guests comfort and privacy are very important - please ask about maintenance that may be occurring during your stay.
Guest access
You have access to the cabin and the full 48 acres of property - please do not cross fences, you may go through open gates.
The Cabin and cleared area around the Cabin is private and for your exclusive use. Beyond this area is also private, however, some of the local farmers have access and you may see them.
Please do not feed the animals and keep a safe distance from the fencing. Some fences are electric, please do not touch any fences.
Other things to note
AC is available June to Labour day. These are window/portable AC style units that are placed in the largest 2 bedrooms. This will keep upstairs cool for sleeping and relaxing. On extra hot days, keeping the room doors closed is recommended for a more comfortable sleep.
There is one queen size adult bed in bedroom 1. The bunk and twin in bedroom 2 and 3 are for children or small adults - these may be uncomfortable for adults because they are small in size and the mattresses are for children.
A propane fire pit will be available starting in late May for campfires (when bug season is over). Wood fires or other campfires are not allowed. Burn bans are frequent and the propane pit is a safe, always available campfire great for roasting marshmallows and telling stories.
