Positive: Owner Will reached out and took accountability for 'readiness', and provided refund; The camp site was simply not ready at the time we booked and stayed. High staff ratings reflect Will's follow-up with my /other concerns. I understand it is now offline until it's ready. Pros as of this edit: 1 Short drive to stores and Gibson attractions 2 Hot water shower and flush toilet 3 friendly visitors 4 Owners responsiveness to concerns

Negative: Revised ratings onsite is neutral. No rating for renovated site. Previously, one main concern was Poorly graded camp site and access. I understand bring addressed
