Rustic and comfortable chalet reminiscent of real vintage chalets and located directly on the shores of Lake Lesage, in Nominingue! Come and enjoy the magnificent sandy beach, these perfect facilities for family life in a completely relaxed atmosphere. Do you dream of a complete change of scenery and a successful holiday? Here, where time seems suspended, you are served! The chalet has everything you need to allow you a carefree holiday in harmony with nature! It includes a large open area that includes the living room and the dining room where you can spend your days with the family and your evenings relaxing in front of a good fireplace. A corner office is also provided for work. An island/bar adds an interesting element to the decor and separates this room from the kitchen. You can have your breakfast or your aperitif there or simply present the pretty dishes that you have cooked! Several of the rooms on the ground floor have a direct view of the lake. You can also enjoy your meals outside, on the terrace, because it is covered and allows you to be there, regardless of the temperature. There are 3 bedrooms in total, one of which includes double bunk beds. The basement is converted into a family room with pool table and sofas. This room will be ideal for colder days or meetings between teenagers or even in small groups. It also includes an office/library area filled with books and games. Two bathrooms - one on the ground floor and one in the basement with washer/dryer space - complete the layout. Everything outside is fabulous and that's where we measure the richness of this unique environment! You will have 60+ meters of shoreline, including a sandy beach, a dock and shallow waters, which will be perfect for swimming! Bring your fishing rod and tease the fish, take the paddle board or the canoe - on the spot! - and go explore every corner of this splendid lake that borders the Papineau-Labelle Wildlife Reserve, relax around a nice campfire with your guests. Here, you will never run out of activities! You will have access to the chalet, all the land, the dock and the lake. We are discreet, but we remain open to any questions by AirBnB email or by phone. You will be located 15 minutes from the village where you will find the grocery store, the Nominingue Golf Club, the Petit Train du Nord bike path, the Nominingue Disc Golf course, the Parc Le Renouveau Rosaire-Sénécal and much more. You will have to travel by car to reach the shops and other attractions in the area. Tap water is not drinkable. Upon your arrival, we provide 2 bottles of 18L of drinking water compatible with the cold water dispenser. We also offer 4L bottles of water. All these bottles can then be filled for free in the village.
