Friendly neighborhood and fun community! Mid-century Ranch home with 2 bedrooms, a private office, and 1 full bath. This is a perfect place to reside and offers a fully furnished unit equipped with a kitchen, laundry, and wood burning fire place. Off street parking for 2 vehicles in the private driveway. The very private and lush back yard offers two outdoor patios and furniture where you can enjoy your morning breakfast or a sunset cocktail. It is a lovely oasis with a Huge Magnolia Tree that provides lovely shade during the summer, a Weber BBQ, patio table with seating for 4 plus an additional upper deck with a gas fire pit and additional seating. There is also a bench swing you will notice in the photos. The host provides corn hole and giant jenga and there is a horseshoe pit on the side of the house. There is also Kenton Park just 3 blocks away for your furry friends longer walks. During the summer there is a Farmer's Market every Wednesday from 3-7pm! This home offers great privacy as it sits above the neighborhood street with no close neighbors. Step into the Hideaway and Rrelax on the sofa, in front of the fire!
