The house was built in the year 2011 and has hardly been used, which is why it appears very new. Large windows fronts in the living area bring a lot of light and sun into the house. It is located in the quiet village of Cumbel in a prime location with good sun exposure and breathtaking views of the mountains and the valley opposite. The house offers a loggia/balcony as well as several outdoor areas/seatings.
