This fabulous family home is set high overlooking ocean and mountain views. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drinks on the large wrap around deck. This large three (3) bedroom home is located a stone’s throw away from the Langdale Ferry terminal and local beaches. Enjoy a short drive into Lower Gibsons to take in the local boutiques, artisans and craft breweries. The Space This home has a fantastic open layout. It is bright & spacious and perfect for families vacationing together. There are 3 bedrooms located on the main floor and another sleeping quarters downstairs in the large Media Room. The downstairs Media Room is perfect for the kids – there is a bunk bed with a double and a twin bed, TV and plenty of space for everyone! The Sunshine Coast has so much to offer, whether you enjoy mountain biking, hiking, water sports, food & drink or just long walks on beaches. There is a little something for everyone. The split two level home is yours for the duration of your stay – please make yourself at home. Guests have free parking and a private secured entrance. The walkway to the entrance is steep, so please use the hand railing. The below parking can be an alternate access point if you prefer. You can also park there but please be sure you leave a spot for our tenant. Please note that there is a secondary suite on the premises (garden suite below) and is currently occupied and that the space below the deck is private property. We ask that you are mindful of the space and neighbours by respecting quiet time hours as well. Guests have full access to the top floor and half of the bottom floor. The front bottom half is our garden suite occupied by our long term renter. Cook your own meals in the bright, well equipped kitchen. If you are more of an outdoor cook, there is a large barbeque on the patio for use. Please ensure that the propane lines are clear & the grill is cleaned after each use.
