The Space:
I offer a 4 bedroom top floor suite. The master bedroom has its own ensuite. The kitchen is equipped for all your cooking and baking needs.
Each room has its own fan and has a shared laundry with the tenant downstairs.
Extra mattress will be provided for free appropriate to accommodate maximum allowed number of guests.
You will have access to the front and a fully enclosed back yard.
You will also have access to free parking on the premises
Guest Access:
You will be able to access the entire suite. The small laundry room is shared but you will have your private access door to the room

The Neighborhood:
Main Street is known locally for its hipster nightlife: craft breweries and brew pubs, relaxed bars, live music. It doesn't have the reputation for hard-partying that you find in Downtown Vancouver's Granville Street Entertainment District; it's also less expensive (and less "dressed up") than Yaletown nightlife or Gastown nightlife.
Getting Around:
King Edward station is a 10 minute walk away. Catch the buses on Main St. heading North or South. Uber and Lyft is available
Other Things to Note:
Laundry : please do not operate the laundry machine after 9 pm
It's a private single house suite with a tenant downstairs. The lower suite has their own private access, so you will not share any space.
Laundry is shared but you will have your own private access door .
