Situation of the Chalet: The chalet is located in the heart of the Résidence des Chalets du Mercantour on the edge of a private road, accessible in all seasons as it is systematically cleared of snow. The 2 garages are on the ground floor of the chalet, accessible directly from the floors without having to go out in the cold. The departure on skis is done by joining at 30m. the elevator of a small building which drops you 15m. below. At the foot of the building you put on your skis and descend to the heart of the resort on a small track called 'La Chevrette'. The ski area is available to you opposite on the north slope, beyond towards the slopes of the Méné, or going up behind the chalets to the Col de la Lombarde. You will return by the Belvédère track or by the Diva, and 100m. further you are at the foot of the building from which you started.
