With a name inspired by Gabrielle Chanel's Côte d'Azur holiday home "La Pausa", our home is a luxury retreat for those seeking the best of what the Magdalen Islands have to offer. Situated on 7 acres (28,300 square meters) of oceanfront property, the home is solidly constructed from foot-thick concrete and therefore calm and serene, even during the fiercest winds. Our La Pausa is just a 10 minute drive from Café de la Grave, and all the excitement that the historic Havre Aubert neighborhood of La Grave has to offer. It is a short walk from Phare de l'Anse-a'-la-Cabane to the east and the white sand beach of Dune de l'Ouest to the west. Inside, we have equipped the home comfortably with Italian leather sofas, premium mattresses, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Stay as long as you like, or enjoy a weekend getaway. Either way, one thing is for sure, you won't want to leave.

You will rent the entire house. However, some of our clothes and items are in some of the bottom drawers and in the garage. We ask that you leave these things as you find them.
