You will have the entire upper suite, with private entrance, of a top down duplex overlooking the lake. The suite has a bedroom with queen bed and a pull out couch in the living room. There is a full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. There is a desk right next to a lake view window that makes an excellent work space. The back door is ground level and exits to a flat deck with an outdoor couch. There is a fire pit in the back yard within view of the lake. The back yard is enclosed by mature trees for excellent privacy.
The door is equipped with a smart lock. Your code will be valid for the duration of your stay and you can come and go as you please. Please note that the driveway is graded/sloped, and in winter, can be troublesome for 2WD vehicles. There is plenty of parking right in front of the house on the street, but the driveway is the only access method to the house and can be slippery in winter. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any accessibility concerns.
