Nestled in the trees at the junction of where Kootenay Lake flows into the West Arm at Balfour.
Only a short walk to the ferry landing which offers many shops, bakery, groceries, and restaurants.
Our property has an expansive deck where you can sit and watch the ferry travel between Balfour and Kootenay Landing on the east shore of Kootenay Lake. Located right on the lake, one can also sit at the beach and bask in the sunshine and swim in the lake.
There is a fire pit perfect for cool evenings, roasting hot dogs and making s'mores!
The Balfour Golf Course is a short 3 minute drive. A number of other golf courses in the area include:
Kokanee Springs Resort at Crawford Bay - an enjoyable ferry ride across the lake puts you within 5 minutes of the course
Granite Pointe in Nelson is 35 minutes away in Nelson
