Welcome to La Boissière, our large, beautiful Lake Front Chalet with its attached pool, 1 hour from Montreal. Close to the ski slopes of St-Sauveur and Morin Heights. You can even snowshoe and cross-country ski directly from the house. Ideal for family & friends getaways, or for remote workers. Very High Speed Fibre Internet. TV with Playstation 4 (2 controllers), Netflix, and Chromecast. Security cameras: exteriors an pool only. We started renovated this beautiful home in 2020. It is now warm and cosy, furnished, and ready to welcome guests. For now, the house can be used in a 4 bedroom setup, and the living spaces are set up for your comfort. We are still working on the basement and some flooring between the gym an pool. And some bedroom need a fresh coat of paint, as shown on the pictures. Guests can access the main floor. The main floor contains: Hallway, Mud Room, Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, 1 Full Bathroom, 1 Bedroom, Gym, Heated Indoor Pool. Guests can also access all of the top floor, which contains: 3 Bedrooms, 1 Full Bathroom, 1 Half Bathroom. The basement is empty so it is excluded. No-one will stay or come to the property during your stay. We set up a self-checkin process so it is seamless and safer for our guests. But in case of an urgent need, someone will be able to come on site to help. There is also an option to request extra home cleanings and deliveries during your stay, for a fee. The house is located inside of a private domain called "Le Rustique". The main road perfect for walking, and gives access to a beautiful trail that goes around the domain. Drive to Saint-Sauveur or downtown Saint-Jérôme in under 20 min. The dishwasher is very noisy, even though it works well. So please plan to run it when the main floor isn’t used. We apologize for the inconvenience, this is something we will fix very soon but haven’t been able to yet. The indoor pool is heated with sunset views over the lake, but there isn’t a separate hot tub yet. There is a very large bath tub in the main bathroom for hots baths.
