Positive: It was a beautiful home with a well-stocked kitchen. I forgot to bring my salt and pepper and there was a basic supply of spices available. They had Keurig coffee maker with two types of coffee pods. Coffee flavoring was available as well. We were delighted to find a box of chocolates for us, along with a dish of chocolate Kisses and basket that had packages of cookies! It was nice to sit out on the back deck and listen to nature. Their sunroom was nice to sit in as well. The lake is ~475 feet away from the house, down a path, through the trees. They had a nice selection of books to read and games to play. It's located about 15 minutes away from the town of Hartwell that has a few restaurants, the usual fast-food places, a Walmart and Ingles grocery store.

Summary: A lovely home on Lake Hartwell.
