A short kilometer from the Nantes to Brest canal where you can take advantage of its towpath (village with trade 3.5 km along this path) you can also take multiple walks starting from the house, the area in which it is located the house is 160 hectares and is crossed by many paths in the undergrowth.
In condominium you can have the outdoor swimming pool (with lifeguard and 3 pools for young and old but only in summer PRECISION swimming pants are compulsory NO swimming trunks) available in this set, 2 outdoor tennis courts , 2/3 tennis and badminton covered, a multisports ground, a mini golf and games for children, a ping pong table and a large pétanque court.
This house has 2 bedrooms with double bed, all the rest of the bedding is on the mezzanine, a double bed and the rest on the runway (2 large double mattresses and 4 single ones which serve as extra bedding as they are placed directly on the ground and positioned next to each other. A large net acts as a giant hammock and a small corner with other sofas is available for reading. the rest of the mezzanine is the children's play corner
At 4 km a body of water with supervised swimming allows long swimming (ideal for triathlon training) for cycling enthusiasts I can advise many routes (and if we are not in the mountains, many nice little roads and bumpy are nearby) for mountain bikers and trail runners, possibility of a route starting from the house, (my biggest loop is around twenty kilometers long, with almost no road) at 4 km, if that doesn’t not enough, a 3500 hectare forest crossed by many paths awaits you.
For the little ones, many different birds and squirrels observable from the house, and with a little luck deer or wild swans on the canal, more exceptionally deer and hinds in the forest of Gavre (in autumn you can hear the slab).
Designed for a family of 5, its large table can accommodate 10 to 12 people. A dishwasher but no washing machine, the kitchen is equipped with an oven and a microwave, a central island makes it possible to cook, a raclette, waffle machine, a pierrade, and a galettière are available.
