Beginners as well as families with children will enjoy the quiet slopes at the Niedernsill-lifts, only 5 kilometres from the holiday home. Here there is a beginners' lift which is about 300 m long and a drag lift which is about 600 m long. You can also easily reach the skiing areas of Zell am See-Kaprun (15 minutes) and the Kitzbühel Alps (25 minutes) by car.
The recreational lake in Niedernsill brings you delicious coolness on hot summer days. Between Piesendorf and Niedernsill hikers can explore the newly built cultural landscape path. From here you also have a beautiful view over the Salzach valley.
