Gatherings of more than 10 people incur a $20 per person charge after the 15th guest, and an orientation walkthrough is required for events at check-in and check-out for an additional $75 fee. The damage deposit may be retained for unauthorized guest counts, excessive noise, or inaccurate event details provided.
