We are 2 miles from town and right next to all activities Hayward has to offer. This house features 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and a futon for extra sleeping, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. With amenities like Central heat/AC, WiFi, Gas Fireplace, Washing Machine and much more, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The 4 acre man made water feature is a clear water swimmable water feature with 4 separate beach areas. We just got done dredging and are in the middle of getting all of the recreation area's going, it is still a work in progress so bear with us but things are shaping up. Pictures will be updated soon.
Pine Cone Pond is a new development featuring 26 acres with walking paths, water areas and nature all around. The snowmobile and 4 wheel trails systems are right across the street as well as the birkie and biking trails just 3 miles away for quick access. We are in process of adding additional houses so we will be able to accommodate larger groups by summer 2025. We also have numerous options available as well for additional needs in the area. This is a new listing for us but we are premier host with years of experience.
