The deck looks out into the beautiful complex garden and feels secluded thanks to being on the upper level of the building. It is equipped with patio furniture and a BBQ, making it a perfect spot for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or a family evening in the sun. The primary bedroom is furnished with a comfortable and cozy queen bed, and has the added convenience of a large ensuite bathroom for privacy. The guest bedroom features a twin over queen bunk bed, accommodating additional guests or children. In the living room, you'll find a Smart TV and a cozy gas fireplace, creating a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped, allowing you to prepare meals and share quality time with your family. This home comes equipped with two portable air conditioning units for those hot summer months.
