Summary: Kathy was a great hostess and was attentive to all your needs. The place was a large air conditioner, one bedroom, with private entrance. It had a writing table, a large closet and king size bed with pillows and a window seat. Also, a nice size bathroom, with tub/shower; a small microwave, and refrigerator. It also came with a coffee maker, teapot, dishes and utensils. Kathy provided coffees, teas, sodas, water and other amenities. You had access to several patios, a pool and hot tub. Across from the pool was a much larger pool house, which she also offers; and if you plan to have an extended stay, I suggest this one, we stayed two weeks, and had to eat out every day, so the larger accommodations would have been a better fit. The entry into her driveway was off a busy road, which made turning into it a challenge. All in all this was quite a pleasant experience.
