Summary: I was told I would get a text message the day of check-in with the code to get into the cabin. I did not receive it. By going back through my paperwork, I found a phone number and was able to contact someone. He tried several times to get the email to go through, but it did not. Why could he not just verbally tell me the code? I don’t know but he asked for a second phone number. Fortunately, I was not alone and he was able to get it to go to my husband‘s phone. I appreciate it was a minimal cabin, but there was not a mirror in the entire cabin. Do other women not come their hair when they stay there? Do people not check themselves before they walk out the door?
