Large house located in a quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance to shopping and trails. Homeowner is a teacher and playwright who is also interested in music and film. There are two spare bedrooms. The rooms share a bath and there is a spare powder room on the main floor located with the common laundry. Large kitchen, separate dining room, entertainment room, and a wonderful deck with bbq.
Located on the main floor, this private room contains a pull-out queen bed which can be left out for the duration of the stay. There are also a couple of chairs and a desk.
