For parking if you come by car, it is in the street where it is permitted, in our area you will need to pay a daily sticker, otherwise it will be very difficult to find parking without this permit, you can do so. buy it from the terminals where you pay for regular parking, print it and place it on the windshield of your car always on the street side, it will cost $14 for 24 hours. The most practical will be public transport.
