The house is on the ground floor and has two bedrooms (master and double bedrooms; with the possibility of making them both matrimonial or both double rooms), two bathrooms (both with a shower), a livingroom with open kitchen, bed-sittee, dinning area and a sunroof. There are two gardens. In the back garden there is a big marble table with an external kitchen and grill for barbequeing and an external shower.

The location and its attractions: The beach of Santa Reparata is about 800 meters from the house and can be easily reached on foot and by car. Within a few minutes drive, one arrives at the beach of Capo Testa and with a 5 minute drive, the beach of Santa Teresa. Numerous other beaches can be found in the area, all within a short car drive.
At Capo Testa, one can take a walk at the lighthouse and the surrounding area. We suggest one visit it at sunset...it's spectacular and is great for photo enthusiasts!
From Santa Teresa it is possible, amongst other activities, to organise boat trips to the Maddalena archipelago and day trips to San Bonifacio (Corsica). On beautiful, clear days, it is possible to see San Bonifacio from Santa Teresa as it is situated just across the strip of sea that divides Sardinia from Corsica.
