Summary: The property was clean & well presented. It was close to the tram stop & only a few minutes into the main city area. In regard to communication, This was very poor. We had booked a deluxe room 6 months prior to checkin & didn't find out until we queried the room that was allocated at checkin that it was a standard double. After various attempts to find out why this happened we were told that our booking hadn't gone through even though it was confirmed through Expedia. After negotiating with the onsite manager we were refunded the difference.
